# Fairing - Integration Instructions

> Connect Fairing post-purchase survey data to SourceMedium with an API key.

## Follow this integration guide to connect your Fairing post-purchase survey data to SourceMedium.

Fairing (formerly EnquireLabs) collects post-purchase survey responses such as "How did you hear about us?" SourceMedium reads Fairing so zero-party survey attribution can be analyzed alongside your orders and channels.

### How to connect

SourceMedium connects to Fairing with an API key that you create in Fairing and paste into SourceMedium.

  <Step title="Create an API key in Fairing">
    In Fairing, open **Settings** and create an **API key**. See Fairing's guide: [Fairing API key](https://help.sarasanalytics.com/en_US/fairing-previously-enquirelabs/fairing-api-key). If that link has moved, search the Fairing (Saras Analytics) help center for "API key".

  <Step title="Add the key in SourceMedium">
    Find **Fairing** in the connector picker and click **Connect**. Paste the API key and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Confirm it is connected">
    SourceMedium saves the key and the connection shows **Connected** once syncing starts. If the key is wrong, update it from the same screen.
