# KnoCommerce - Integration Instructions

## Follow this integration guide to connect your KnoCommerce post-purchase survey data to SourceMedium.

KnoCommerce runs multi-question post-purchase surveys for attribution and customer insight. SourceMedium reads KnoCommerce so survey responses can be analyzed alongside your orders and channels.

### How to connect

SourceMedium connects to KnoCommerce with API credentials that you create in KnoCommerce and enter in SourceMedium.

  <Step title="Create API credentials in KnoCommerce">
    In KnoCommerce (Pro plan), open **Settings → Integrations** and create API credentials for SourceMedium. See KnoCommerce's [developer documentation](https://developers.knocommerce.com).

  <Step title="Add the credentials in SourceMedium">
    Find **KnoCommerce** in the connector picker and click **Connect**. Enter your credentials as prompted and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Confirm it is connected">
    SourceMedium saves the credentials and the connection shows **Connected** once syncing starts. If they are wrong, update them from the same screen.
