# How do I give dashboard access to a teammate?

> Invite teammates to the SourceMedium workspace and manage shared dashboard or warehouse access.

Workspace access and shared data access are managed separately.

## Invite someone to your workspace

Use the workspace invitation flow and select the role that matches what the teammate should be able to do:

## Share dashboards and warehouse data

SourceMedium uses Google Groups to manage shared access to Looker Studio dashboards, BigQuery, and Google Sheets. A group manager can add or remove teammates without changing each resource separately.
