If the platform you need is listed below, start with its setup guide. If it is not listed, or if you need a custom data shape from a listed platform, use the request checklist below before contacting your SourceMedium team.
How to use this integration list
- If a platform has a card on this page, SourceMedium has a documented setup path for that integration.
- If a platform is not listed, treat it as a new or custom integration request.
- If a listed platform needs a different grain, metric, account scope, or dashboard use case than the standard guide covers, treat it as a custom integration or modeling request.
- If you are replacing one platform with another, include the old platform, new platform, cutover date, and the reports that need continuity.
Requesting a new or custom integration
SourceMedium can evaluate new data sources when the platform has a usable API, export, warehouse share, or other reliable delivery path. Support is not guaranteed for every vendor, but a complete request makes evaluation faster. Include:- Platform or vendor name.
- Business question or dashboard/module that needs the data.
- Whether the data is advertising, ecommerce, subscription, customer support, survey, fulfillment, finance, or another domain.
- Access method available: API, OAuth app, CSV export, SFTP, warehouse share, Google Sheet, or another source.
- Required accounts, stores, brands, or regions.
- Required historical backfill window.
- Fields or metrics you need, with screenshots or export examples if available.
- Desired grain: daily summary, campaign, order, line item, customer, ticket, subscription, product, or event.
- Any required joins to existing SourceMedium data, such as order ID, customer email, SKU, campaign ID, or UTM fields.
Questions like “Can you add this new platform?” are usually not answerable from docs alone. SourceMedium needs to confirm access, source data shape, and modeling requirements before committing to an implementation.
