Chargebee - Integration Instructions

Connect Chargebee to SourceMedium with a read-only API key.

Follow this integration guide to connect your Chargebee data to SourceMedium.

Chargebee runs your subscription billing and recurring revenue. SourceMedium reads Chargebee so subscription and billing activity can be analyzed alongside your orders and customers.

How to connect

SourceMedium connects to Chargebee with a read-only API key that you create in Chargebee and paste into SourceMedium.

1. Create a read-only API key in Chargebee

   In Chargebee, go to Settings → Configure Chargebee → API keys and webhooks. Click Add API Key, choose Read-Only Key, set access to All, name it SourceMedium, and click Create Key. See Chargebee’s guide: API keys.

2. Add the key in SourceMedium

   Find Chargebee in the connector picker and click Connect. Paste the API key and click Connect.

3. Confirm it is connected

   SourceMedium saves the key and the connection shows Connected once syncing starts. If the key is wrong, update it from the same screen.
