Follow this integration guide to connect your KnoCommerce post-purchase survey data to SourceMedium.

KnoCommerce runs multi-question post-purchase surveys for attribution and customer insight. SourceMedium reads KnoCommerce so survey responses can be analyzed alongside your orders and channels.

How to connect

SourceMedium connects to KnoCommerce with API credentials that you create in KnoCommerce and enter in SourceMedium.

1. Create API credentials in KnoCommerce

   In KnoCommerce (Pro plan), open Settings → Integrations and create API credentials for SourceMedium. See KnoCommerce’s developer documentation.

2. Add the credentials in SourceMedium

   Find KnoCommerce in the connector picker and click Connect. Enter your credentials as prompted and click Connect.

3. Confirm it is connected

   SourceMedium saves the credentials and the connection shows Connected once syncing starts. If they are wrong, update them from the same screen.
